Drawing upon a substantial management career within the oil and gas industry, Jacob has cultivated extensive expertise in the establishment and operation of new business ventures.
His entrepreneurial acumen is underscored by the success of his previous venture, which was honored with the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards in both 2018 and 2019. These annual accolades, co-organized by The Business Times and KPMG Singapore, celebrate the most dynamic and privately-held local companies in Singapore.
At 3Gem, Jacob channels this experience into shaping the company’s direction and forging a vision that balances technology, purpose, and long-term impact.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
CFO
Amos is a seasoned finance and operations executive with experience spanning banking and the oil & gas trading sector. He began his career as an external auditor with KPMG Singapore before joining the HSBC Group, where he held multiple key positions and contributed significantly to major operational initiatives and migration projects. His tenure culminated in the role of Senior Vice President.
After nearly a decade with HSBC, Amos transitioned into the oil and gas industry, serving as Finance Director and subsequently Chief Financial Officer for various trading companies. As a member of the senior leadership team, he played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening governance, and supporting business growth.
His expertise helps ensure that 3Gem grows responsibly, sustainably, and with the financial discipline needed for the long term. Amos’s steady leadership and analytical approach form a critical pillar of 3Gem’s foundation.
Amos holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).

With a career built across the technology and telecommunications industries, Arthur spent years delivering solutions that elevate enterprise productivity and enhance consumer experiences. His work focuses on helping his clients to operate smarter and empowering people to enjoy better, more connected lives by leveraging technology. Over the years, he has helmed leadership position in various public listed companies including IBM, HP and StarHub.
At 3Gem, Arthur leads the development of products that empower families, educators, and young learners — ensuring that safety, usability, and enrichment are at the heart of every experience. His belief in human-centred technology shapes the way 3Gem brings its ideas to life.
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
